The package costs 100% of the employee’s monthly salary. Payment is one-time. 💼

The package costs 12% of the employee’s average annual salary (or 24% for shift-based work). Payment is one-time, made before the candidate starts working.

  4. You approve the candidate to start work and sign the contract.

  5. You make the payment to the agency. The employee’s contacts and details are provided after payment.

  6. The candidate starts working. If the candidate is not suitable, a replacement will be provided for up to one year at the employer’s request (a new candidate search will be conducted free of charge).

The package costs 15% of the employee’s average annual salary (or 30% for shift-based work). Payment is one-time, made before the candidate starts working.

Package with 2 staff replacements within 1 year

The package costs 18% of the employee’s average annual salary (or 36% for shift-based work). Payment is one-time, made before the candidate starts working.

  4. You approve the candidate to start work and sign the contract.

  5. You make the payment to the agency. The employee’s contacts and details are provided after payment.

  6. The candidate starts working. If the candidate is not suitable, up to 2 replacements are provided — one within the first month and another within the first year, at the employer’s request (a new candidate search will be conducted free of charge).

Payment is made as a one-time fee — after you approve the candidate and sign the contract with the agency.
